The recreational gymnastics program provides consistent fundamental training. Each Level stresses key concepts and proper techniques that
students need to progress to the next ability Level. Girls & Boys Recreational classes are divided into Levels 1-4 and are recommended for
ages 5 & up. All classes are designed to enhance your child's specific abilities and meet their talents as well as boost self-confidence and teach
body awareness. But most importantly your child will have fun!

Parent and tot classes
18 mo to 3 Yrs
|
|
This 45 min class introduces the Parent and Child to a fun, challenging, new experience in the gym. The children will explore the world of gymnastics
using beams, bars, hoops, and trampolines, to enhance coordination, balance, and strength. Under careful direction of professional coordinators.

|
Preschool 3 to 4 Yrs
|
|
This program is designed for the independent pre-school student and will begin to emphasize skill development through proper technique. Basic vault,
bar, beam and floor skills will be introduced while improving coordination, balance and body awareness as well as self confidence.
|
|
|
Mites 5 Yrs.
|
|
This program begins to teach a slightly higher level of skilled kindergarteners which includes strength and flexibility as well as coordination, balance and body awareness.
Correct technique and key concepts will be stressed to ensure proper progression through the gymnastics levels.

|
Tumbling & Trampoline 6+ Yrs.
|
|
Our tumbling program is structured to teach the basics of tumbling and the progressions needed to learn the more advanced skills. With the aid of our qualified instructors,
the spring floor, trampoline, and the foam pit, the possibilities are endless. This program is an excellent tool for cheerleaders to acquire the skills needed to progress in their sport.

Beginner Recreational Gymnastics

This class begins to teach the basic fundamentals of gymnastics on all apparatus. The girls learn rolls, cartwheels, swinging on bars and walking and jumping on
beam for balance. The boys will focus on the basics of pommel horse, rings, vault, bars and floor. Once these skills are mastered the children will move up to the
Advanced Beginner class.

Advanced Beginner Recreational By Recommendation or Evaluation Only
|
|
This class is for the gymnast that has a good base for gymnastics and is ready to learn slightly higher-level skills. Students will work on bridge kick over, the basics
of a round off, handstands and back hip circles on bars. Once these skills are mastered the children will move on the the Intermediate class.

Intermediate Recreational Gymnastics By Recommendation or Evaluation Only
|
|
This class is structured towards learning the level 5 competitive skills on all apparatus. Kips on bars, round off, back handsprings on floor and handsprings over the vault are the main focus
for all the students. Girls will progress to cartwheels on the high beams, while the boys will learn more advanced skills on pommels and rings. Once a child has completed this level they have the
choice of moving into pre-team training for our Junior Olympic traveling team or training for our GIJO program.

Advanced Recreational Gymnastics By Recommendation or Evaluation Only
|
|
This class is for the gymnast that has accomplished everything at the advanced beginner level and is ready for more challenging skills. They will begin work on back handsprings, cartwheels and more skills on the high bar. The boys
will work more advanced skills on pommels, rings and vault, while the girls will upgrade their skills on the balance beam. The next step in our program is the Advanced Class.

These advanced recreational classes are designed to train the athlete at a faster pace. The class focuses on strength, flexibility, and repetition of skills in order to master the basics of gymnastics.
